Bespoke design with louvre stack and capped globe minimising light spill
Payback within four years
Background
The centre provides community medical and pharmaceutical services. Inefficient, faulty lighting made upgrade essential.
Work undertaken
Following a detailed survey, we designed a bespoke scheme using 23 Post-Top Luminaires, selected for efficiency, durability and light spill reduction, key given proximity to nearby homes.
Innovative design, with a louvre stack and half-capped globe negated impact on surrounding areas. When some new units were vandalised, replacements were rapidly supplied, avoiding costly delay.
Insights
The project reduced energy consumption by 53%, paying for itself inside four years, demonstrating how tailored design and robust products deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
