Background
Government modernisation project across 14 buildings. Outdated, inefficient and unsafe lighting was replaced. Powerlite Fitzgerald upgraded every luminaire type across a variety of spaces, from narrow corridors to large lobbies, ensuring speed, consistency and energy savings.
Work undertaken
After a full site review, we designed lighting systems with 291 product variations, manufacturing and delivering 35,000 fittings in three months - every unit arriving on time and to spec.
Smart controls on luminaires enable remote management, dimming and energy optimisation. Alongside catalogue products, 24 bespoke unique retrofit solutions were developed.
